In 2023, Siemsatec upgraded The Royal Society of Science’s BMS from legacy IQ2 and 963 systems to the advanced IQ4 and IQVision platforms. This modernization improved operational efficiency, enhanced building management capabilities, and reinforced the long-standing 15-year partnership between Siemsatec and the society.

Siemsatec upgraded the historic Tea Trade Wharf BMS by replacing outdated IQ2 controllers with modern IQ5 units, integrating T1L network capabilities and a bespoke IQVision supervisor. The project improved energy management, plant control, and sustainability, all while minimizing disruption to residents and optimizing costs.

Siemsatec delivered the Building Management System (BMS) for the Willowfield building at King’s College Hospital, the campus’s first fully electrified building. Using Trend BMS alongside air-source heat pumps and a Mitsubishi QTon system for DHWS, the project achieved on-time, on-budget delivery through close collaboration with the M&E contractor, TClarke, and meticulous commissioning.

Siemsatec completed a three-year BMS upgrade across Battersea Cats & Dogs Home’s London, Old Windsor, and Brands Hatch sites, improving animal welfare, energy efficiency, and real-time data management through the Trend IQVision platform. The phased, budget-conscious approach ensured minimal disruption while delivering measurable operational and environmental benefits.
