Gavin began his career with the company in 2013 as a trainee and swiftly advanced through the ranks by learning from both colleagues and clients. After being promoted to Service Contract Manager, he placed strong emphasis on customer service and business development, contributing to team growth and establishing essential processes for success. Since becoming a director, Gavin has concentrated on expanding the project team and the overall growth of the business. Outside of work, Gavin enjoys following sports and staying active when he isn't planning his next travel adventure.
